Horn of Africa Sick Childrens Charity

Horn of Africa Sick Childrens Charity, with a charity registration status in Canada, is established in 2003 to raise funds and material donations for children with special needs including the sick and those with physical and mental disabilities in various parts of the Horn of Africa. HASCC provides special educational skills, nutritional meals, materials for education, clothing and medication for the unfortunate children afflicted with disability and poverty to help them become valuable members of their respective communities. Through its volunteers inside and outside the country, Horn of Africa Sick Childrens Charity provides education to parents and support staff to help them not only contribute to the nurturing and growth of the disabled and sick children but also to help them cope with their own emotional and mental stress. HASCC is represented by Badbaado Center for Children with Special Needs to implement their charitable activities in the region. Badbaado Center is a non-profit organization registered in Somaliland.
